Online Shop Return/Refund Policy

Anna’s Bridal Boutique is here to Make your special day memorable. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the pieces on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of package delivery for full-priced items only.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, if you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Return Requirements

• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the customer receiving the order.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any Anna’s Bridal Boutique hangtags, attached.
• Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
• All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
• Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, bodysuits, hair accessories, earrings,

Return Process

Send us an e-mail with your request/ reason for the return and picture proof and attach a copy with your return.

If you do not have access to a printer, you may also simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with

processing your return.

If using the original Anna’s Bridal Boutique Packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.
Anna’s Bridal Boutique is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Anna’s Bridal is also not responsible for returns lost by the carrier.

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Pay Pal Returns

If you wish to return something you purchased using PayPal, the process is the same. Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item.

Faulty Items

The Anna’s Bridal Boutique team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at as soon as possible.

Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
